This QR Code Login Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (the “User,” “you,” or “your”) and X‑GORB (together with its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners, “X‑GORB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By scanning the QR code to log in to your X‑GORB Account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and all other policies, amendments, and guidelines incorporated by reference.
1. Service Overview
QR Code Login is a secure, convenient authentication method provided by X‑GORB for accessing your X‑GORB Account on web and desktop platforms. This service requires your authenticated X‑GORB mobile application to verify your identity and establish an encrypted login session. Use of this service is entirely optional but subject to this Agreement if you choose to use it.
2. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the QR Code Login service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your mobile device, your logged‑in X‑GORB App, and any biometric or passcode credentials used to unlock your device or confirm login. You must not share, sell, lend, or transfer your account access or login sessions to any third party. You must not scan unauthorized, modified, or forged QR codes, as they may lead to account compromise. You shall promptly notify X‑GORB of any unauthorized use of your account, mobile device, or QR Code Login service to minimize potential losses.
3. Data Collection and Privacy
To provide and secure the QR Code Login service, we may collect and process the following information: Temporary, single‑use login tokens generated by our system; Device identifiers and operating system information; IP address and browser environment (including browser type and version); Timestamp of login request and verification status; Security logs for fraud prevention and anomaly detection.
All data processing is conducted in compliance with our published Privacy Policy and applicable global data protection laws (including but not limited to GDPR, CCPA, and relevant regional regulations). We implement encryption, secure transmission, and short validity periods to protect your login data from unauthorized access, interception, or tampering. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. 4. Security Requirements
QR codes are valid for a limited time only (typically 5 minutes) and are invalidated after use or expiration to prevent unauthorized use. Login completion requires explicit verification on your authenticated X‑GORB mobile App, which may include biometric authentication (fingerprint, facial recognition) or passcode confirmation, as configured by you. We strongly recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome for optimal security, as it fully supports WebAuthn, Passkey, and biometric verification technologies required for secure login. We reserve the right to block, delay, or reject login attempts that appear suspicious, high‑risk, or anomalous (including but not limited to multiple failed attempts, login from unusual locations, or use of unsupported browsers).
5. Consent by Scanning
By scanning the QR code using your X‑GORB mobile App, you explicitly confirm that: You are the legitimate holder of the associated X‑GORB Account and have the right to access and use the account; You consent to establish a secure login session on the current web/desktop device; You accept this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service in full; You understand and agree to our data processing practices for login authentication and security purposes; You acknowledge that any actions performed during the login session are your sole responsibility.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and other proprietary rights) in the QR Code Login system, underlying technology, software, documentation, QR code generation algorithm, and related services are and remain the exclusive property of X‑GORB. You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable right to use the service solely for accessing your own X‑GORB Account. You shall not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or exploit any part of the QR Code Login service or related technology for any purpose other than authorized account access.
7. Modifications to Agreement
We may update this Agreement, Privacy Policy, or Terms of Service periodically to reflect legal, operational, or security changes. The revised version will be posted at the corresponding official URL (https://support.xgorb.cn/word?id=19) with the updated “Last Updated” date. The revised terms shall take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the QR Code Login service after the effective date of the revised Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the QR Code Login service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, X‑GORB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, account compromise, or business interruption) arising from your use of or inability to use the QR Code Login service, even if X‑GORB has been advised of the possibility of such damages. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free service and may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, or operational reasons without prior notice. X‑GORB’s total liability for any claims arising out of or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for accessing the X‑GORB services in the past 12 months.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the QR Code Login service at any time, without prior notice, if you violate any term of this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, or Terms of Service; if we suspect fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal use of the service; or for any other legitimate business reason. Upon termination, your right to use the QR Code Login service shall immediately cease, and you shall be responsible for any losses incurred by X‑GORB or third parties due to your non-compliance.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where X‑GORB’s principal place of business is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the QR Code Login service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, such disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in X‑GORB’s principal place of business.
11. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalidity of any provision shall not affect the validity of the other provisions of this Agreement.
